A multi-award-winning traditional Christmas Pudding made with Somerset Cider Brandy and Hanlon’s Port Stout. Light in texture and rich in flavour – the perfect finale to your Christmas dinner. Made just around the corner from Greendale Farm Shop! Available in two sizes: 350g (serves 2-3) and 750g (serves 4-8).

Steaming/boiling: Put the lidded bowl in a steamer or in an inch of water in a saucepan, slow cooker or bain marie. Simmer for one hour, taking care that it doesn’t boil dry. Tip: If using a bain marie or slow cooker, start with hot water.

Microwave: Loosen the lid before heating. All microwaves differ, but as a guide we suggest two minutes on full power (based on an 800W microwave).

Store in a dry place (e.g. a kitchen cupboard) away from strong odours and flavours.

Husband and wife team, Richard and Joanne Evans make all their Christmas puddings by hand to their old family recipe and mature them in the traditional way.
