Yes, you can. During the checkout process you will be able to specify which day you would prefer to collect your order (Monday to Sunday).

Click-and-collect orders can be made at any time on the Greendale website, Monday to Sunday and available on your preferred day. We will email you when your produce is ready for collection. Please wait to receive your confirmation email before visiting the Farm Shop to collect your order.

Your order will be available for collection from our cashier desk located at the front of the Farm Shop, or speak to a member of staff.

Yes, you will need to quote your order reference number (located in the top right corner of your confirmation email) or show a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase, along with the payment card you used. For your protection against fraud, we won’t release the order without seeing your payment card. If you’ve paid entirely by PayPal or gift vouchers, you will need to bring photo ID (either your passport or photo driving licence). If your order contains intoxicating liquor and you appear to be under the age of 18, you may be asked to prove your age in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.

Because the produce is fresh, your order will be available for collection at the shop for 24 hours, after which it will be returned to our counters and you will be refunded in full.

We are happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you nominate must present the customer’s order number and the customer’s photo ID (passport or photo driving licence).

Orders placed for collection will be ready on your selected day. You will be notified by email when your items are ready for collection. The Christmas Collection Station is located at the back of the Farm Shop next to the Bakery.

You can now order up until midnight, and still have your groceries ready for collection the next day.
