You can place your order in person at the Farm Shop; over the telephone on 01395232836; or online at www.greendale.com. Order by December 19th for Christmas delivery/collection. Choose your preferred day of delivery when you place your order – we’ll deliver directly to your door using our own friendly local team or our trusted national courier. We can deliver up to and including Christmas Eve for local deliveries. Collect your order from Greendale Farm Shop on a day to suit you – just choose your collection date when placing your order, and we’ll have everything ready. (Terms and conditions apply).

Pre-OrderLocal Delivery – There is a £4.95 home delivery charge (free weekday delivery when you spend £50 or more). You must live within the EX1 to EX5, & EX8 to EX11 postcode catchment area. On your chosen day of delivery, you will be sent an email confirming the order has been dispatched. You can choose to have your items delivered between the 1st of December and the 24th of December (exclusions apply).

Pre-Order National Delivery - There is a £7.95 home delivery charge (free weekday delivery when you spend £50 or more). Our courier will send you a message on the morning of delivery to provide you with an estimated time slot. You can choose to have your items delivered between the 1st of December and the 24th of December (exclusions apply)

Pre-Order Click & Collect: Collecting from store is FREE. All Christmas collections will be available on your chosen day.You will receive an email when your items are ready for collection. You can choose to collect your items between the 1st of December and the 23rd of December (exclusions apply).

When ordering for a specific delivery date, please bear in mind that use-by dates vary between products. Many items need to be consumed within 2-3 days of receipt or frozen immediately, so it is important to note the use-by dates and storage instructions for each of your items. Storage guidance is given on our website, and all items in our Farm Shop are labelled with use-by dates – please feel free to call 01395 232 836 if you would like more advice.

Once you have placed your order online you are unable to change any of the items. If you wish to add items we advise that you place a new order.

You will be charged for your items on the day of purchase.

Orders placed for collection will be ready on your selected day. You will be notified by email when your items are ready for collection. If you have chosen to collect your order between December 19th and December 24th, instead of picking it up from the cashier desk, please come to our designated 'Click and Collect station' at the rear of the store (opposite the Bakery - signage will be provided). You will need to bring your 'Order ready for collection' email with you as proof of purchase, along with the payment card you used to place your order.
