The Gift voucher will expire 12 months from purchase or last use.

Store gift card can be exchanged for goods of your choice from Greendale Farm Shop, Greendale Kitchen, Oscar’s takeaway and Drive Thru and Greendale Fish & Chips to the value on your voucher.

Store Gift cards cannot be redeemed online at www.greendale.com (e-Gift cards are available or via Greendale’s Fish & Chip website and app.

You can purchase a shop gift card at the Greendale Farm Shop, Sidmouth Road, Nr. Farringdon, Exeter, EX5 2JU or via our website. When you purchase online you can have your gift card delivered to an alternative address.

The minimum amount required to activate a gift card is £10, the maximum is £250. Instore, at the cashier desk, specify the amount you wish to add to your gift card. Online, we sell pre-specified gift card amounts: £10, £25, £50, £100, £150, £200 and £250.

Please present your gift card when purchasing any goods or paying for your meal or takeaway. The value of your gift card will be deducted from your order/bill. No change or refunds will be given, but any balance remaining on the gift card may be applied to future purchases. Where goods bought with a gift card are subsequently exchanged for goods of a lower price or refund, monies owing will be added to your gift card. This gift card is not redeemable for cash, neither is it a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card.

Please protect your gift card/voucher and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards/vouchers.

The Gift Card will expire 12 months from purchase or last use. Making a purchase or a balance enquiry refreshes the 12-month expiry period.

e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on e-gift cards. If you are using a e-gift card and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.

When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email that contains a digital gift card with a unique code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value at www.greendale.com. If the e-Gift Card is a
gift, either forward the email to the recipient’s email address or print it off
and include within a card of your choice.

If you return an item you bought online using a gift card or e-gift card, usually
we’ll refund you to an e-gift card.
