REFUNDS

If you are unsatisfied with an item please contact the customer service team in writing. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods may have to be returned within the best before date or use by date on the product. You shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund or store credit (including delivery costs) if the Goods are in fact defective and/or need to be returned. Goods returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package. 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described products. For further information about your statutory rights contact your local authority, Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau. Images are provided to help recognise products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly the pack you receive.
