Earthy beetroot meets the sharp, invigorating bite of horseradish in this vibrant relish. Its deep colour and bold flavour make it an excellent partner for cold meats, sandwiches or as a zesty addition to salads. The natural sweetness of beetroot is perfectly balanced by the horseradish’s heat, creating a dynamic and palate-awakening preserve.

Beetroot (33%), BEER (water, malted BARLEY, WHEAT, Hops, Yeast) (SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Onion, Red Wine Vinegar (SULPHUR DIOXIDE), Dark Brown Sugar, Horseradish (8%), Chilli Powder (0.2%)

Their mission was to bring their awesome tasting preserves and sauces to the people of Bristol and beyond. They are a small batch and independent, now producing around 200,000 units a year by hand in our unit in Kingswood, Bristol.
