After ten years of working in an office and dreaming of starting their own food business, a shop in Exminster came up for sale and Ben & Sally Sullivan thought they would take the plunge. The Ginger Cat Deli was born on 1st July 2015! Their passion is home baking. From pasties, pies and sausage rolls to our famous scotch eggs, cakes and traybakes – the list goes on and they are increasing their range all the time.
