Store gift voucher can be exchanged for goods of your choice from Greendale Farm Shop, Greendale Kitchen, Oscar’s akeaway and Drive Thru, Greendale Fish & Chips and at external Greendale events to the value on your voucher.

Store Gift cards cannot be redeemed online at www.greendale.com (e-Gift cards are available or via Greendale’s Fish & Chip website and app.

You can purchase a shop gift voucher at the Greendale Farm Shop, Sidmouth Road, Nr. Farringdon, Exeter, EX5 2JU or via our website.

Please present your gift voucher when purchasing any goods or paying for your meal or takeaway. The value of your gift voucher(s) will be deducted from your order/bill.

Please protect your gift voucher and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or
damaged cards.

The Gift Card will expire 12 months from purchase or last use. Making a purchase or a balance enquiry refreshes the 12-month expiry period.

Cards Give are valid across all products sold in our ‘Shop online’ department on
our website – www.greendale.com

e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed in the Greendale Farm Shop store, at the Greendale Kitchen or Greendale Fish & Chip counter. e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed via the Fish & Chip website or App.

e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on e-gift cards. If you are using a e-gift card and the total order value is less than the value of the card, any balance will remain on the card and may be applied to future purchases, provided that the card has not expired.

When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email that contains a digital gift card with a unique code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value at www.greendale.com. If the e-Gift Card is a
gift, either forward the email to the recipient’s email address or print it off
and include within a card of your choice.

If you return an item you bought online using a gift card or e-gift card, usually
we’ll refund you to an e-gift card.
