Niagara Peninsula, Canada

Henry of Pelham Baco Noir is a deep, dark red wine with ripe currant and blueberry flavours, spicy and smooth, finishing with toasty oak. The family’s 300-acre vineyard in Niagara’s Short Hills Bench sub-appellation produces wines with intense character, thanks to its unique soils and ideal climate. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel and aged in American oak barrels for 6-8 months. This wine pairs well with barbecued meats, strong cheeses, cured meats, and peppered strawberries. (Please note - every effort is taken to ensure the vintage displayed is the vintage supplied, but due to constantly refreshed stock the vintage supplied may vary).
