At Greendale, we’re lucky enough to have two cider-apple orchards on our farm. Every autumn, the apples are picked and taken over to nearby Broadclyst, where master cider-maker Keith Hoskins presses them in a traditional old Devon cider press, then transforms them into this delicious Scrumpy for us.
