At Greendale, we love creating recipes to share our favourite ways to make the best of our own produce, as well as ingredients from our top local suppliers. We've loved finding out which recipes were the most popular with customers throughout the year; our recipe 'top ten' may surprise you - one of our other top ten lists even made the cut!

Rich, succulent duck breast is complemented perfectly by a red wine gravy in this deliciously indulgent meal for two.

Rich, creamy and just the ticket for rumbling stomachs, this tasty pasta dish is straightforward and pretty speedy to put together, too. The salmon sauce is lovely with tagliatelle, but will work just as well with whatever pasta you have on hand.
