The Udder Stuff are a family run farm just a few miles away near Broadclyst. Their vending machine is filled up daily with farm fresh milk. The cows are milked, the milk is pasteurised and then dropped off at Greendale - straight from moo to you! As their milk comes straight from the farm and is not standardised, the butter fat level in the milk will vary with the seasons and depends on what the cows are eating! This is where the magic of buying farm fresh comes from- as nature changes around us, it impacts the food we produce and the way it tastes! By buying local, unprocessed food directly from the farmer, it gives you the assurance that you're supporting a business that prides itself on high welfare standards and complete transparency with the supply chain.
