All car show vehicles (exhibitors, photographers, and spectators) must enter via the Greendale Business Park entrance – not the main farm shop entrance.

All cars (spectators, photographers, and exhibitors) must arrive via the business park and exit slowly via the farm shop.

Any vehicle attempting to exit via the business park will be redirected to exit via the farm shop.

Strictly no car show vehicles are permitted to park in the front main Greendale Farm Shop car park. This is reserved for shop and café/restaurant customers only.

Spectator and show car parking is accessed via the business park in the overflow field. This area will be clearly signposted and marshalled. Please follow all instructions and only park in designated areas.

Entry for spectators is completely free, with no tickets required.

A £5 entrance fee applies to all show cars, either pre-booked or collected at the check-in gate by the event marshals. You can book your car in advance on the Cars & Cuppas website.

We welcome photographers and encourage photo sharing!

Please stay in our safe, designated photo points:
- Arrivals: Entrance hill from the business park to the farm shop
- Departures: Front of the farm shop down to the flagpole at the entrance

Do not lie in the road, block vehicles, or position yourself unsafely.

Do not enter restricted areas, stand in car lanes, or obstruct other visitors.

Drones are not permitted without prior written permission from Greendale management.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome — but must be kept on a lead at all times. Please clean up after your pets.

The maximum speed on site is 10mph.

Revving is tolerated but not encouraged. Launching, skidding, wheel-spinning, or any form of dangerous driving is strictly prohibited.

No excessively loud music, anti-social behaviour, or verbal abuse will be tolerated.

Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed immediately.

Any unsafe behaviour will result in an immediate ban from future events.

Marshalls are here to keep everyone safe. Their decisions are final.•Abuse or aggression towards any marshal will result in an immediate ban from the site.
