Clare and Ethan are the driving force behind Greendale’s Made By Us ready meals, combining their fantastic cooking skills with quality ingredients from our farm and fishing boats to create flavour-packed and healthy dishes. Clare has worked at Greendale for nine years, with many years’ prior experience as a chef, and consistently manages to impress our staff and customers alike with her sell-out nut roasts and vegetarian wellingtons every Christmas. Ethan has been working in the food industry for 12 years, including working as a chef, before heading up our Fishmongers department, amongst other roles. They’re a talented team – we think you’ll taste their skill and expertise in every bite!
