Wash before use. Finely slice and sautée Celery for use in pasta sauces, risottos, stews and casseroles; make a delicious and nourishing soup; use raw as a salad ingredient; or steam young stalks whole.

Wrap celery in foil and place it in the fridge. This method helps celery retain moisture and stay crunchy.
