Lean, versatile and very tasty, these Chicken Supremes are supplied ready to cook, with the skin on to help the meat stay moist during cooking.

100% British Chicken

Chicken Supremes are perfect for pan-to-oven roasting – sear the meat in oil or butter in a hot pan over a medium-high heat for a few minutes, until browned all over, then transfer to a preheated oven and roast at 220°C/gas mark 7 for about 30 minutes, or until the meat juices run clear.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

Chicken Supremes are chicken breasts presented with the skin on and part of the wing bone attached. Leaving the bone in helps to distribute heat evenly throughout the meat as it cooks, as well as intensifying the flavour.
