Sizzle a few rashers of Greendale Streaky Bacon, inhale deeply, and suddenly all will be right with the world… Sadly, we can’t really claim that our bacon will solve all your problems, but we’re pretty sure it will put a smile on your face!

100% British & Irish cured bacon.

To pan fry, simply heat a heavy-based pan over a medium heat for a few moments, then add the bacon and fry for a couple of minutes on either side until cooked through and as crisp as you want it to be. To grill, place under a preheated grill for a couple of minutes on each side (watch it to make sure it doesn’t burn).

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

From our trusted UK and Ireland suppliers, Greendale bacon and gammon is made with pure, additive-free British and Irish pork. It’s home-cooked and prepared using a traditional recipe which gives a light, distinctively-flavoured cure; the smoked bacon and gammon are hung over oak chips, which impart a balanced, delicious smokiness to the meat.

Streaky bacon has a slightly higher fat content than back bacon – this helps it to remain juicy when cooked, and gives it superb flavour, too.
