Strong black tea with delicate darjeeling and fancy bergamot. An earl grey but with wallop!

Black tea (98%), cornflowers, natural bergamot flavour with other natural flavourings, natural lime flavour

Brew time: tea temple - 1 per person. Infuse in boiling water. Brew for 3+ minutes

Make sure you store your tea in an airtight container – a tin is better than plastic, or seal up the packaging it arrives in. Although tea feels dry, it contains 3 % moisture and oils that are essential to its flavour. If not properly stored these can evaporate. Keep your tea in a fairly cool, dry place, which is out of sunlight and try to keep away from any spices that could taint the flavour.

Good if you're feeling in need of a sophisticated boost! Drink it with a slice of lemon, no milk – that’s the way we like it, but each to their own. Same with the sugar.
