Authentic Greek Feta, with a wonderfully sweet and tangy flavour and slightly crumbly consistency. Try it crumbled into a warm salad of lentils, sliced baked beetroot and bitter leaves, or drizzle a whole Feta block with honey, add a sprig of thyme, then wrap in foil and bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. Supplied pre-packed for freshness.

Produced in Greece for many hundreds of years, this creamy white rindless cheese is traditionally made from ewes’ milk, or a mixture of ewes’ and goats’ milk. It is cured in a whey/brine mix, and packed in brine as a preservative. Imported by Hawkridge.
