The deliciously blended Chinese-style herbs and spices on these tender Pork Ribs will have you licking your fingers and coming back for more! They’re perfect for sharing, so why not cook up some rice, stir fry strips of your favourite veg and create your own home-made ‘take-away’.

Allergens in BOLD: 100% British Pork, Chinese Glaze (Sugar, Dried Glucose Syrup, Salt, Starch, Maltodextrin, Colours (Beetroot Red, Carmine, Paprika Extract and Natural Rosemary Flavouring), Spices (Star Anise, Cinnamon, Ginger), Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Yeast Extract, Thickeners (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), BARLEY Malt Extract, Natural Flavourings). May contain traces of SOYA, EGG, CELERY, MUSTARD and SULPHUR DIOXIDE.

Preheat your oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray then put the ribs on top, put them in the hot oven and cook for 25 minutes. Allow to rest for five minutes before serving.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

Greendale pork is supplied by Tom Lockwood in nearby Talaton, here in East Devon. Animal welfare is a priority for Tom, who follows traditional and sustainable farming practices to ensure his pigs are given the best possible in terms of diet, space and quality of life. Slaughtered locally to keep stress to a minimum, the animals are hung, matured and butchered on-site here at Greendale Farm Shop; the end result is lean, nicely marbled and exceptionally well-flavoured pork, available in a wide selection of cuts, joints, sausages and more for our customers to enjoy every day.

It’s worth waiting for these Pork Ribs to cook properly – when they’re ready, the meat will be melt-in-your-mouth tender and falling off the bone.
