This delicious sausage meat is what we put in our own Traditional Old English Pork Sausages. Using prime, East Devon pork, the butchers at the Farm Shop take great care to get the taste and texture just right.

Pork (60%), Old English Seasoning Mix (13%) Rusk [Prepared from: WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (E503)], Salt, Spices (White pepper, Nutmeg, Black pepper, Ginger, Mace), Potato Starch, Stabilisers (E450(i), E450(iii)), Herbs, Rapeseed Oil, Dextrose, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E635), Preservative (223) (SODIUM METABISULPHITE)(SULPHATES), Antioxidant (E300), Water (10%).

Sausage meat is a versatile, tasty addition to stuffing, Scotch Eggs, pies and more.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

Pork (UK). Greendale sausages meat is made with the best East Devon pork. Please note during peak season we might have to source sausage meat from alternative UK suppliers with standards as high as our own.

We use good quality offcuts from the pork shoulder and belly to make this classic sausage meat, mincing the meat by hand to ensure the right texture.
