How to Cook a Lobster Thermidor

Our Lobster Thermidor is indulgence personified.

Made the traditional way by cooking lobster meat with a creamy white wine sauce, then returning it to its shell, sprinkling it with a little cheese and browning it under the grill for a few moments, you'll be wishing that you cooked this sooner! 

Prepared by hand at Greendale Farm Shop using Lobsters fresh from our own boats, this is truly a treat to savour.


Method

For best results, place the Lobster Thermidor under a hot grill for a few minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbling and the sauce has warmed through. This dish is best enjoyed on the day of receipt, though it may be frozen for up to three months if needed.
