These juicy little cocktail sausages are ideal to serve as part of a hot buffet, or as trimmings for your festive roast. Either way, they’re bound to disappear fast!

To oven cook your Cocktail Sausages, preheat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6, and place the sausages on a baking tray. Cook in the hot oven for about 15 minutes until the sausages are cooked through – you’ll need to turn them from time to time.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

All Greendale sausages are hand-made at the farm shop, using high quality meat from the best East Devon pork, lamb, venison and beef.

We make these little Cocktail Sausages by hand here at the Farm Shop, using pork meat from East Devon pigs. It’s a fiddly job, but we think you’ll agree the end result is worth it!
