Made with the very same prime sausage meat that goes into our famous Old English Sausages, these Sausage Rolls are prepared by the Greendale butchers then rolled in puff pastry and finished off by our Deli staff. Please note that these Sausage Rolls are sold raw for you to cook at your convenience or freeze for future use. Consume within two days of purchase or freeze for up to two months.

Sausage meat (British Pork, Rusk, (WHEAT Flour (GLUTEN), Calcium carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Spices (Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg, Pepper), Potato starch, Stabilisers (E450(i)), E450(iii)), Herbs (Sage, Thyme), Sunflower Oil, Dextrose, Flavour enhancers (E621, E635), Preservatives (E223), Antioxidant (E301)) WHEAT Flour, Water, butter, MILK, EGG. Contains SULPHITES.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan/gas mark 6) and place the raw sausage roll on greaseproof paper on a baking tray. Whisk an egg to create a wash, then brush it over the sausage roll until all the pastry is covered. Put the sausage roll in the hot oven and cook for 35-40 minutes, until golden and cooked through. The inside of the sausage roll should be piping hot.

Consume within two days of purchase or freeze for up to two months.
