Languedoc-Roussillon, France

Often called the "Chablis of the South," Picpoul de Pinet is a crisp, refreshing white wine with naturally bright acidity - its name even means "Lip Stinger." The vineyards are shielded from northwestern winds by hills, while Mediterranean breezes keep the climate balanced. Aromas of floral and tropical fruits lead to a lively palate of stone fruit, melon, and zesty citrus. A distinct minerality enhances its long, refreshing finish. This wine pairs perfectly with oysters, mussels, and other seafood dishes. (Please note - every effort is taken to ensure the vintage displayed is the vintage supplied, but due to constantly refreshed stock the vintage supplied may vary).
