Treat yourself to a sloe gin fizz, made with our own Greendale sloe gin. Add lemon juice, sparkling water and then garnish with a lemon slice and a blackberries, Cheers!

Ingredients

50ml of Greendale Sloe Gin
25ml of fresh lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
Top with sparkling water
Lemon slice
Fresh or frozen blackberries
Ice

Shake the sloe gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup together with ice, then strain into a glass filled with ice and splash with soda water. Garnish with a lemon and blackberries
