This delicious sausage meat is what we put in our own Traditional Old English Pork Sausages. Using prime, East Devon pork, the butchers at the Farm Shop take great care to get the taste and texture just right.

British Pork, Rusk, (WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt), Salt, Spices (Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg, Pepper), Potato starch, Stabilisers (E450(i)), E450(iii)), Herbs (Sage, Thyme), Sunflower Oil, Dextrose, Flavour enhancers (E621, E635), Preservatives (E223), Antioxidants (E301).

Sausage meat is a versatile, tasty addition to stuffing, Scotch Eggs, pies and more.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

We use good quality offcuts from the pork shoulder and belly to make this classic sausage meat, mincing the meat by hand to ensure the right texture.
