Big, bold, colourful and beautifully juicy, heritage beefsteak tomatoes would go perfect with your burrata dishes - or you can simply slice and season with basil and olive oil for a simple side salad. These beefsteak tomatoes can be pink, yellow, red and even brown. 

Wash before use. Mixed colour heritage tomatoes are best enjoyed raw to showcase their rich, unique flavors. Slice them for a fresh salad, Caprese, or bruschetta with olive oil and basil. For cooking, roast at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes with garlic and herbs, or slow-roast at a lower temperature for intensified sweetness. They also work well in sauces, soups, or as a flavorful topping for grilled dishes

Store tomatoes at room temperature, out of direct sunlight, and stem-side down. Placing them in the fridge can make them lose flavour and become mealy, so only refrigerate sliced or chopped tomatoes to prevent spoilage.
