Light and delicate, Ticklemore Goats’ Cheese has a mild, fresh, subtly sweet taste with just a hint of lemon. The rind has a natural bloom and hides a white, slightly crumbly interior textured with tiny holes. Made with pasteurised goats’ milk.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 5 days. For optimum freshness once opened, rewrap the cheese so it is well sealed and airtight to avoid it drying out.

Ticklemore Goats’ Cheese was originally made by Robin Congdon of Ticklemore Dairy in South Devon, but the recipe was passed to Robin’s neighbours at Sharpham, where Debbie Mumford now oversees production to the exact same recipe - even to the point of using the same goats’ milk supplier
