Cured to perfection, this Unsmoked Gammon Joint has been carefully hand-boned and rolled by our expert butchers. Serve it traditional-style, with white sauce, boiled new potatoes and carrots, for a delicious family dinner.

100% British Pork

To boil, place the Gammon Joint in a large pan, cover with cold water and add any flavourings (e.g. peppercorns, cloves, a bay leaf). Bring to the boil, then lower the heat, cover the pan and simmer. You’ll need to give the joint 20 minutes’ simmering time for every 450g in weight, plus a further 20 minutes (or until cooked through).

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.
