Ingredients

37.5ml (1.5 oz) Greendale Pumpkin Spiced Rum
75ml (3 oz) Apple Cider
Dash of lemon juice
Cinnamon stick
Ice

Optional: apple slice or orange twist for garnish

Fill a shaker with ice and add 37.5ml of spiced pumpkin rum, 75ml of apple cider, a dash of lemon juice, and a cinnamon stick. Shake well until chilled, allowing the cinnamon to infuse. Strain the mixture into a glass—serve either straight up or over fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of apple or an orange twist for a festive finish.
