Cook Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Place the Turkey Cushion in a roasting tin and cook for up to an hour, basting it once or twice with its juices if wished. The meat is cooked when, if it is pierced with a clean skewer, the juices run clear. When it is cooked, remove the Cushion from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes in a warm place before serving.
