Best Greendale minced lamb and fresh vegetables simmered with a savoury gravy, all topped with a rich, buttery mashed potato layer. Serves 1-2.

Allergens in CAPITALS: Minced lamb, onion, carrot, peas, tomato, beef stock, gluten free flour (rice flour, tapioca, maize, buck wheat, mono calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, xanthan gum), potato, BUTTER, MILK, salt, pepper.

Oven: 25 mins, Fan 170°C Electric 190°C Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Ensure food is piping hot and rest for 1 min before serving. Air Fry: 25 mins, Re-Heat Setting/ 120°C. Remove sleeve and film. Cook for 25 mins. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving. Microwave: 6 mins, 900W. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

Previously frozen. If frozen on arrival suitable for home freezing. If item is partially defrosted store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt.

East Devon

Greendale lamb is supplied by David Lockwood, who farms in nearby Aylesbeare. After enjoying the rich grazing pastures of East Devon, the lambs are carefully selected when they reach the correct weight; they are slaughtered at a local abattoir to keep stress to a minimum. Hung for a minimum of ten days, the meat becomes even more flavoursome and tender. Our master butchers then prepare it on_site at Greendale Farm Shop, skilfully turning it into plump chops, classic roasts, burgers, meatballs and much, much more.
