Lean and tender, this back bacon is smoked for us in Teignmouth, Devon, using a traditional oak-chip smoker. The smoking process imparts a unique taste and enhances the flavour of the meat beautifully.

100% British & Irish cured bacon.

To pan fry, simply heat a heavy-based pan over a medium heat for a few moments, then add the bacon and fry for a couple of minutes on either side until cooked through and as crisp as you want it to be. To grill, place under a preheated grill for a couple of minutes on each side (watch it to make sure it doesn’t burn).

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.
