A smooth creamy sauce jam-packed with coarsley-chopped gherkins and capers for a traditional accompaniment to fish. We'll let you in to a little secret… it's equally good with chicken! A traditional favourite for fish but did you know Stokes Tartare Sauce is just as good with grilled chicken!

Rapeseed Oil, Free Range Pasteurised Whole EGG (10%), Capers (8%) (Capers, Water, White Wine Vinegar, Salt), Gherkins (8%) (Gherkins, Distilled Malt Vinegar (from BARLEY), Salt, Water, Acid: Acetic Acid), Spirit Vinegar, Unrefined Raw Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, MUSTARD Flour, Preservative: Sorbic Acid.

Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks and by best before end date.

Stokes make all their sauces at our “saucery” in the heart of rural Suffolk. In fact some of the Stokes team have been making sauce together for almost 20 years.
