Deliciously different, these Venison Sausages are a cut above the average ‘banger’. Made here at the Farm Shop, they contain offcuts of only prime, lean venison.

Venison sausages are superb pan-fried, grilled or oven-baked; we also love them braised slowly in a rich, herb-infused red wine sauce, served with piles of buttery mashed potato.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

All Greendale sausages are hand-made at the farm shop, using high quality meat from the best East Devon pork, lamb, venison and beef.

Watch the cooking time for these sausages – because it’s naturally lean, Venison will cook quickly.
