Generously sliced, traditionally cured back bacon – it’s what Sunday mornings were made for!

100% British & Irish cured bacon.

To pan fry, simply heat a heavy-based pan over a medium heat for a few moments, then add the bacon and fry for a couple of minutes on either side until cooked through and as crisp as you want it to be. To grill, place under a preheated grill for a couple of minutes on each side (watch it to make sure it doesn’t burn).

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

From our trusted UK or EU suppliers, Greendale bacon is made with pure, additive-free pork. It’s prepared using a traditional recipe which gives a light, distinctively-flavoured cure.
