Keep refrigerated. Once opened we recommend wrapping your cheese in greaseproof paper and storing in an air-tight container in the fridge.

For the last 30 years, Curworthy Cheese has been made at Stockbeare Farm, in the mid-Devon countryside. Milk is sourced from nearby Dunstaple Farm, Holsworthy, from a single herd that graze the fields during the summer months. The cheese is made using traditional presses, and matured in special temperature-controlled ripening rooms.
