This classic sauce is made with generous quantities of succulent gherkins and capers, with a little dill and a few shallots for extra depth. A classic accompaniment for fish and seafood, it's also excellent in egg sandwiches or as a dip for chips or crisps.

Rapeseed Oil, Dijon MUSTARD (Water, MUSTARD Flour, White Vinegar, Salt),  Gherkins (11%), Capers (11%), Free Range Pasteurised EGG Yolk (EGG Yolk, Salt), Water, Sugar, White Grape Vinegar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Shallots (0.5%), Dill (0.3%), Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Green Peppercorn Paste (Green Peppercorns, Water, Salt), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and light. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks.
