This chocolate bar is made from cocoa beans grown on the slopes of the Rwenzori mountains in Uganda soaked in a blend of rums fermented, distilled and spiced in Exeter by Two Drifters Distillery. The result is a boozy, fruity and mildly spiced dark chocolate which showcases the cacao and the rum equally.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Best enjoyed at room temperature.

Nicola's Chocolate are one of the very few bean-to-bar makers in Devon. The bars are made in micro-batches in a tiny home chocolate factory in Exeter, with a dedication to hands-on small batch making (2kg or less). Great care is taken at every step to nurture and bring out the unique flavour profile of the beans. Only find natural and simple ingredients are used which deliver and enhance the unique flavour and personality of each bean. The beans are sourced through a speciality cacao importer who works closely with cocoa farmers to create relationships based on respect, trust and transparency. “Together we are working towards a better future for chocolate."
