A Tuscan speciality, this traditional salami is flavoured with fennel seeds (or finocchiona, as they’re known in Italy). The slightly sweet, aniseed note of the seeds is balanced by a deep, rich savouriness, and the meat is less finely ground than it is in other salamis, giving a softer texture.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Open 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to develop.
