Salami Ventricina is a traditional Italian cured sausage, made from coarse-ground quality pork meat, seasoned with pepper, ground pepperoncino chillies and paprika. Cured for around 60 days, this tasty salami has a subtle ‘kick’ (the spice is warm rather than ragingly hot), making it a great addition to any charcuterie plate.

Pork, salt, chilli, spices (fennel)

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Open 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to develop.
