The distinctive aroma and taste of these unassuming, papery-skinned bulbs lies at the heart of so many of the world’s favourite dishes; each plump clove is packed with delicious, instantly recognisable flavour.

Please note: As a natural product, sizes can vary from crop to crop, meaning some fruit or vegetables may be smaller or larger than others. However, they are always fresh and of great quality.

Garlic can be baked as a whole bulb, or the separate cloves peeled and sliced or crushed into a myriad of different recipes. The pungent flavour of raw Garlic works well in dressings and marinades, while long, slow cooking will produce a softer, deeper taste.

Garlic should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place.
