Our scallop boats are based in nearby Brixham, so we always have fresh scallops on sale when they’re in season. Hand-prepared by the Greendale fishmongers, delicious Coquille St. Jacques showcases these shellfish beautifully; the uncooked scallops and succulent prawns are folded into a white wine sauce, topped with creamy mashed potato and presented on a clean scallop shell.
