These hearty Fish Cakes are hand-made at the Farm Shop, using a mix of our best-quality white and smoked fish with carefully chosen seasoning. Easy to cook, they're perfect when you need a quick, delicious meal in moments

Allergens in CAPITALS: Homemade Mashed Potato (45%), Butter (MILK), MILK, Cod (34%) (FISH), Beech Smoked Haddock (7%) (FISH), EGG, Breadcrumbs (WHEAT Flour, Yeast, Salt), Rice Cone, Salt, Black Pepper.

Best oven cooked from frozen.
Oven: 30 mins, Fan 170°C Electric 190°C Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving. Air Fry: 30 mins, Re-Heat Setting/ 120°C. Remove sleeve and film. Cook for 30 mins. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

Previously frozen. If frozen on arrival suitable for home freezing. If item is partially defrosted store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt.

Clare and Ethan are the driving force behind Greendale’s Made By Us ready meals, combining their fantastic cooking skills with quality ingredients from our farm and fishing boats to create flavour-packed and healthy dishes. Clare has worked at Greendale for nine years, with many years’ prior experience as a chef, and consistently manages to impress our staff and customers alike with her sell-out nut roasts and vegetarian wellingtons every Christmas. Ethan has been working in the food industry for 12 years, including working as a chef, before heading up our Fishmongers department, amongst other roles. They’re a talented team – we think you’ll taste their skill and expertise in every bite!
