Hand-made at the Farm Shop, these delicious Smoked Salmon Fish Cakes are made from the finest Loch Duart salmon, beech-smoked in our purpose-built smoker, alongside a mix of our best-quality white and smoked fish. Easy to cook, they're just the ticket when you need a quick, delicious meal in moments.

Allergens in CAPITALS: Homemade Mashed Potato (45%), Butter (MILK), MILK, Salmon (34%) (FISH), Cod (7%) (FISH), EGG, Breadcrumbs (WHEAT Flour, Yeast, Salt), Rice Cone, Salt, Black Pepper.

Best oven cooked from frozen.
Oven:
30 mins, Fan 170°C Electric 190°C Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving. Air Fry: 30 mins, Re-Heat Setting/ 120°C. Remove sleeve and film. Cook for 30 mins. Ensure food is piping hot and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

Previously frozen. If frozen on arrival suitable for home freezing. If item is partially defrosted store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt.
