WELCOME
Thank you for your interest in trading at our Car Boot Sales. We are delighted to welcome both new and returning traders and look forward to another successful summer of events.
- We will be hosting Car Boot Sales every second and fourth Sundays of each month, from May to August.
By attending our Car Boot Sales as a seller, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Please note that the event operator accepts no responsibility for any accidents, incidents, loss, damage or injury to any person, persons or vehicle incurred whilst attending or visiting our event whatsoever. You attend the event and facilities including surrounding areas entirely at your own risk.

ARRIVAL AND TRADING TIMES
- Traders must arrive between 8am and 10am
- Payments will be taken on the door: £5 for cars, £10 for vans and £5 for any additional trailers
- Please ensure your pitch is ready to trade by 10:30am and vacated by 3:30pm
- Visitors can arrive between 10:30am and 2:30pm
- Donations will be taken on the door with card or cash payment options available.

12th & 26th July
9th & 23rd August
SET-UP AND BREAK-DOWN
- Sellers to arrive and set up between 8am & 10am –please report to a marshal who will direct you to your pitch
- Pitches will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. There will be no pre-booking. Please arrive early (from 8am onwards) to avoid disappointment.
- Pitches must be vacated by 15:30
- Please ensure that that you take all rubbish home with you.
TRADING REGULATIONS
- No food or drink products to be sold
- No selling of counterfeit goods, tobacco products or weapons.
- All traders must comply with relevant legislation enforced by East Devon Council Trading Standards and Environmental Health.
- Any trader found to be in breach of regulations may be required to cease trading immediately, without refund. Non-compliance may also affect eligibility for future events.
CLEANLINESS & WASTE MANAGEMENT
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their unit and surrounding area. All waste must be taken off site at the end of each day.
TOILETS
- Customer and staff toilets are located at the rear of the shop, near the bakery, and are cleaned regularly.
- Hospiscare have also kindly provided some temporary toilets on the site.
FIRST AID
Trained first aiders are available within the farm shop.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation by Greendale Farm Shop
Greendale Farm Shop reserves the right to cancel all or part of the event where it is deemed unsafe for visitors, exhibitors, or staff. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, public emergencies, national mourning, police or council orders, national terrorism threat levels, or emergency infrastructure works.
We appreciate the time and planning that goes into attending these events. With this in mind, cancellation of events will be communicated the day before the event. This information will be communicated via Greendale Farm Shop social media (stories), the Facebook Event Page for that specific event and via Hospiscare's Facebook page. DATA PROTECTION
Greendale will only process The Applicant’s data for marketing purposes where they have given express consent to us to do so or where there is a legitimate interest for us to do so. The Organisers comply fully with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation.
