Add 50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
Add 25ml Four Elms Apple Juice
Add 25ml honey syrup (Greendale honey and water 1:1)
Add 10ml cider apple vinegar
Top up with soda

Method
Serve in a large glass on the rocksstir and garnish with sliced apple.
