Frozen Apple-Pie Moonshine Cocktail
An adults-only ‘slushie’, perfect for sipping in the shade as the temperature rises – just remember to allow time for the juice to freeze. Makes one glass.
Method
Several hours before you plan to make the frozen cocktail, pour the pear & apple juice into an ice cube tray and freeze until you have solid cubes. When ready, put the frozen juice cubes into a blender with the moonshine and coconut cream and blitz until smooth, then pour into a tall glass and add ice. Enjoy!
