Ingredients

35ml Greendale Gin

15ml Rose Vermouth

10ml Rhubarb Liqueur

15ml Strawberry Syrup

Top with Ginger Ale

Method
Add all of the ingredients, excluding the Ginger Ale, into a shaker, shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with mixed fruits, cucumbers, apples and strawberries work well.
